I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was great for what we needed and the staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were certainly in need of a renovation. The dining experience didn’t quite meet expectations, especially during busy times. On the positive side, the price was exceptional, which made it a worthwhile stay overall.

Rooms
5.0
The room was spotlessly clean and well stocked with toiletries, but it desperately needs a total renovation, particularly the bathroom, which felt outdated.
Service
7.0
The staff were absolutely outstanding, very friendly and helpful, but I encountered some issues with room necessities like tea and coffee condiments.
Location
8.0
The location was convenient for reaching the city easily by taxi, which was reasonably priced, but it would have been helpful to have the correct postcode as a reference.
Dining
6.0
The dining area was quite busy and they struggled to keep food and glasses stocked, but when it was available, the breakfast was good value.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel has some amenities, yet it seemed more focused on providing basic necessities rather than luxurious facilities.

I had some mixed feelings about my stay. While the hotel had great facilities like a warm pool and sauna, the location was quite far from the city, making taxi rides costly. The rooms unfortunately didn't meet my expectations and were more dirty than I had hoped. On the bright side, the service was friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a bit more pleasant.

Rooms

The rooms were disappointing. They were dirty with shavings in the sink, a crack in the toilet, and the coffee machine didn’t work.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was quite convenient for getting to Liverpool and had some great amenities around. However, the rooms were outdated and lacked air conditioning, which made for some uncomfortable nights. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. Overall, it felt like there were some good points, but the noise and room conditions left a lot to be desired.

The hotel has a great atmosphere with very helpful staff, but the noise levels were quite disruptive, especially during the night. The rooms could use some modernization as they felt a bit tired, although the Wi-Fi was impressive. It's reasonably priced but not ideal for a peaceful night's sleep due to outside noise.

The rooms were a bit old and tired, and the noise from the function room made for a terrible night's sleep. However, the shower was very good.
Service

The hotel has a great location, especially if you're attending events at nearby venues like Knowsley Hall. The staff were friendly and accommodating during our stay, which was a plus. However, the rooms definitely need a revamp, and the breakfast experience left much to be desired - it was lukewarm with limited options. Overall, while the hotel has its strengths, there are definitely areas that require improvement.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was pretty great, and the interaction with the staff was really nice. However, the room was quite dated and noisy, plus there was a wait to get things sorted out. I wouldn't say it was perfect value for money, especially considering the dining experience left a lot to be desired.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the bright side, the friendly staff made interactions pleasant and the location was convenient for our plans. Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning in the cramped room made it tough to sleep, and the dining options were limited. Overall, the value for money could have been better considering these drawbacks.

Rooms
5.0
The room I stayed in was tiny and cramped, with a small double bed. It was quite outdated and lacked air conditioning, making it uncomfortable given the heat. It could really benefit from a fresh coat of paint.
